Here are some random thoughts I’m gonna share.
No offence to anyone but this is how I feel.
CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT!
In fact, most of the time they ain’t right.
No, not complaining or whine-ing here.
Because after 5 yrs of working in f&b line,
I really think this is how I should treat customers.
I will treat nice customers nice-ly and bad customers badly.
Ok. I know with this kinda mindset I don’t even fit to be in the service line but I seriously think that
SINGAPOREANS/ OR PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN SINGAPORE,
most of them are soooooooo use to that “customer is always right” attitude.
Most of them thinks that they can ordered us to do this and that whatever we want to.
When we do “this” wrongly, they CAN scold us, be in in vulgars or not.
Because they think they PAY for it.
WTF!
I mean, if u in a 5 star resturant, they did a lously service for u then u lodge a complain.
But please,
BUBBLE TEA IS JUST A 1.5 BUCKS drinks which almost all singaporeans can afford!!
I don’t understand why customers think that they are so
“BIG” or so RICH, buying bubble tea doesn’t make u a KING.

Moreover, bubble tea don’t even have service charge.
Please don’t think that buying bubble tea or french fries or newspaper etc makes u a KING.
Because in the end, u still have to wake up and get back to your reality.
I don’t denied there are good customers who willing to forgive and forget and very poilte.
I sincerely thanks those customers that makes my day.
